    Message us whenever you have a role to fill, on LinkedIn or at hello@aiqoach.com. A few lines on the role, the team and the stack are enough.

  • Within 2 hours

    Top profiles on your desk

    We shortlist the strongest graduates for the role and send their full profiles: certification, assessment results, completed briefs and a coach's note.

  • After you shortlist

    Interview

    We arrange conversations with the engineers you like and share our view of how each one works.

  • Offer and start

    Hire, with 90 days of support

    Hire directly or contract-to-hire. We run technical check-ins for 90 days after they start.

  • Simple terms. A 10% placement fee and no retainer.
  • 90 days of technical check-ins. Fortnightly with the engineer and monthly with you.
  • Free replacement. If the hire does not work out within 90 days, we put forward a replacement at no extra fee.
  • Contract-to-hire. Also available if you would like to start with a contract.
